Several times now Anthony and the guys have come to the rescue to bulbs and tyres always very grateful for their assistance much safer.
The staff here are absolutely brilliant, I came in with a stop start problem, I had a warranty as i have just recently bought my car, they handled everything for me which helped me massively. They organised a free battery test and supplied pictures to the warranty company who then approved the work. I had my battery replaced and programmed in a quick and prompt time frame, they even invoiced them directly so I didn't have to put any money down upfront. Thanks again checkpoint, I will back again!
Had some new 19" Alloy wheels fitted here today & I can't speak highly enough of the lads in the workshop & front of house in the shop, really helpful & very knowledgeable. They took their time & did the job properly. I will be going back & using them again. Would recommend
The guys in Queensferry sorted me 4 new alloys and two tyres. Got the alloys ordered in, in a couple of days and worked around my busy schedule. All fitted, balanced and aligned in an hour! Faultless and the car looks class. Thanks
Called in again this morning for paint for my van. I have used the on site paint mixing service many times and have always had excellent service from the team on site at Queensferry. Today I was served by Martin. He was very helpful and explained all the information I needed to bring in to store when purchasing number plates. Nice to go in to the shop and have confidence that the staff know products and can advise accordingly to purchases. Martin also showed me around the new state of the art work shop and extra customer parking. Overall great work and service from the team at Queensferry. 5*
I've been using Checkpoint ,Queensferry for many years. They have done all of my servicing and repairs on both my cars without fault during this time and at reasonable prices! The team are always pleasant to deal with and go out of their way to be helpful. As I am 80yrs old and not too good on my feet they collect me to the store and deliver me back home which I find a valuable part of the service. Changed my wheels on my VW transporter and Carl and his team where very helpful. Great advice on what I should go for and what not to go for. They exceeded my expectations on the service and knowledge. I will be going back to the Deeside branch for all my motoring needs from now onwards.
Always happy with these guys. Very upfront and honest. They were having to deal with some logistical issues due to renovations and made sure this didn’t impact on them getting my car finished on time. Very friendly staff and they consistently make me feel valued as a customer.
