Booked a first thing Saturday morning MOT. Arrived slightly late to find the mechanic waiting at reception to get my car straight in. Friendly office staff, kept informed and had the car back less than an hour later. Can’t fault it. Thanks

5 star ? Seriously. Wouldn t give a Star at all if there is a chance. Had MOT my car with them. They have told me the back brake discs needed to changed. Paid for them. Drove off the garage, heard them keep grinding. Went back, they couldn’t t find. The fault. It was obviously. Went to another garage for a second opinion. They found out , the pin wasn t greased or lubed . Even I saw it myself the tyre wouldn’t even able to spin freely by hand. What incompetent staff , couldn’t t see and solve the Problem in the first place. basic skills. Had to pay for their work. Never ever gonna put a foot back in there.

Had a service booked for 1pm. Was told I would have to wait 2 hours because they were busy. Went the reception and was then told they hadn't even started the service yet. The guy on reception was unapologetic and offered no reasoning behind the car not being looked at. (Will avoid using this company in the future)

Last July they fitted an air flow sensor...it was a tough time and i was glad at the time they fixed it. Then the engine light come on just over a year later. I had an expert come by to see what it is. Only to find out the air flow sensor failed again. The expert said to me that the sensor they placed on was a cheap lower grade version and not the bosch replacement. I paid over £200 for this fix and I expected it to be the bosch version but it was not and now conveniently when the warranty has run out the part failed. I went back in and they quoted me £330 for the fix and the part. The part alone cost only £185 from euro parts so what is the rest of the charge for? I wanted to believe it was just bad luck and it failed but according to websites/forums etc air flow sensors cant just fail unless of course its a cheap/second hand one. Replacement ones will fail quicker but definitely not at this rate I was told I was ripped off and they pulled a fast one. This place used to be great I came all the time but now I feel its been run to the ground and they will find any way to take your money. Avoid at all costs....or do your research thoroughly before you visit, make sure you know everything don't go in blind or else they'll use any excuse.
