Absoulute shambles! Coaches are young and look like they don't want to be there at all. There is no organisation, class always goes in late and spends a good 30 minutes stretching. For the price they charge, it isn't worth it and my child has learnt more at home from watching utube classes for free! I wouldn't recommend BT to anyone.

My child has been going to BT Childwall for approx a year and I attended my first parents viewing session on Saturday. The parents didn't get a single acknowledgment or welcome. The coaches were sat down for the first 30 minutes looking tired and disinterested. One coach must have yawned on average every ten seconds and when she wasn't yawning she was biting her nails or looking at her watch. They did 30 mins warm up while the coaches just sat down telling them what to do and then 30 mins training. Two coaches tried during that part, two looked like they needed to go back to bed. It didn't look like there was a gymnast or gymnastics coach among them, rather some bored young girls paid to make up ratios. If its like that when the parents are watching what on earth is it like when we're not. Someone with a bit of authority and experience needs to manage these girls. Rip off

Very overpriced for the amount of children they allow in sessions. Most of the coaches seem to be there on a babysitting capacity only, very little coaching actually takes place. Those who do make an effort to coach are spread far too thinly to actually make a difference. I moved my daughter to another location to see if there was an improvement, but she complained of doing the same thing every week. Sessions are often cancelled and they do not give you refund for cancelled sessions unless you request it each time. It is a glorified babysitting club.

Our son enjoyed the classes he got to attend. Unfortunately too many classes are cancelled and there is zero response when asking for a refund for these. Complex process to cancel membership. The finance company used for direct debits don't answer the phone, which is frustrating as Beth Tweddle also don't answer emails about refunds or cancellation. The only communication we proactively get is to say sessions have been cancelled. It's a real shame as the gymnastics classes our son attended were enjoyable.

Several young coaches were rude, bullying and made personal comments to my daughters and others. They set bad examples through their behaviour, disinterest and constant gossiping and eating throughout the sessions. I complained several times to the HQ, nothing was done, so we left.

We use Beth Tweddle gymnastics in Bolton and my 4yr old loves it. Ben going for a year now and she really enjoys it. Brand new, clean facilities. Coaches really enthusiastic and have been really good with my daughter when she's been struggling to pay attention and focus properly. They award effort, listening and trying your best with is really good for the little ones
