    Cannot reccoment these ladies enough! I've been going for around 18 months now and they are by far the most knowledgeable, hands on and just lovely pilates instructors I've ever come across. The classes are the perfect size that you get a lot of pointers to make sure you're doing the exercises just right. I've noticed a huge difference to my flexibility and strength since starting. I have been going to their pre natal classes for the last few months and these are a God send. This pregnancy has been so much easier thanks to the strengthening exercises they've taught me and support I've been given. The class is lovely friendly and we always have a laugh. Can't wait to try the post natal classes. Thank you so much Brooke and Jess!

    I started pilates at Northern Core over 3 years ago while recovering from a shoulder injury. Jess would always check in at the start of a session & make any adaptions if necessary, & her being a qualified physio made me feel confident I was in safe hands! I still love going & each month has a different focus so the classes are always varied. Highly recommend!

    I've been attending sessions at Northern Core for about 3/4 years and I love attending sessions . Jess is personable, approachable and highly knowledgeable. The sessions are for all abilities with options given for various abilities and individual issues. They are easy to follow with a demonstration given before each exercise. Jess keeps an eye on your form and suggests modifications (sometimes the tinest tweak makes all the difference) to avoid potential injury. I always leave the session feeling uplifted and stronger. I've also attended some of Brooke's sessions and the same applies. When I first started I had shoulder issues, which have now significantly improved. If you're thinking about trying pilates, I can highly recommend the ladies at Northern Core.

The physio-led Pilates sessions helped me recover safely and effectively – I’ve noticed a big improvement in strength, flexibility and overall movement. It’s clear the team really know their stuff, and I always feel supported and well looked after. Highly recommend to anyone recovering from injury or just wanting to move better!

The weekly class is something I truly look forward to; Jess' kind and professional instructions makes every class enjoyable and I consistently feel the benefits in the days that follow. The community they have built is also amazing and it's lovely to see class friends week in week out. Pilates has made me feel stronger than ever, and I can confidently say that Northern Core is the best of the best!

    The best Pilates instructors I have come across after doing it for 20 years. Very experienced, focussed on the individuals in the class. Constant checking of alignment and positioning. Challenging without being impossible. Brooke and Jess are the nicest, friendliest and most embracing people too. I can’t rate them highly enough.
