I've bought and used from them either pods and kits and the DIY e liquids and concentrates and couldn't be happier.. 100% recomended and i hope their success continues and they keep offering their service and products to the vapers..

   Ordered some vape juices on a Friday and i also paid extra for next day delivery, however they did not post the juices until the Monday late afternoon! So i did not receive them until Wednesday however they offered me a refund on the extra post payment which i agreed to but still have never received!

   I buy all my vape on Tmb notes. Very good quality on their products and excellent customer service. Good price and quick delivery. I recommend them. They have upgraded their payment securities for international customers and therefore I had some payment issues. I hope they will fix it in the future, but with their good service it all went good over the phone.

Anything they don’t have in stock they always call with other options or offer to source the item you need. Their own liquids are amazing too with great flavour and I don’t think I’d order from anywhere else again!

   TMB Notes are a fantastic company. Been getting my concentrates and premixed base from them for years and like everyone says on here if there is any issue with anything their team will rectify it really quick. Always have confidence ordering. Other thing that is great is the amount of choice. Never once have I gone on their to buy something and not found what I needed.

   I've been using these guys for about 18 months now. The products they sell are very high quality and the service they provide can't be faulted. My last order arrived with a product missing but after 1 email and a quick phonecall from them it was rectified immediately by Motsy@TMB Notes who couldn't have been more helpful and as a bonus they sent me a free gift as way of an apology. Can't recommend these guys enough. Five stars guys

   Excellent service! I had an issue with an order and contacted them after a few days of receiving them and they phoned me straight away and were willing to admit and rectify their mistake. Honest service and bent over backwards to help. Liquids are great quality also, cheap prices but not cheap liquid. No harshness you find with other brands. Not tried there premium stuff but I can imagine they are top notch. Thanks again for your help.
