   The trouble with specialist suppliers like this is that they have a way of making you feel as though you know nothing. All I needed was a rear screen wiper and you would have believed I had walked into the wrong shop - that impression that you are talking a foreign language to a superior being when all that was required was to type in my car registration and whoopee the actual part was identified, complete with shelf location and price. It is terribly tiring trying to support local branches, when the company's supervision lacks training and oversight.
