Kris was quick to attend, and extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue and found the fault, to be able to present a suitable solution in a timely manner. My old Peugeot developed a problem on Monday afternoon and i found Kris via an internet search. He attended at my home address and identified the problem quickly. The following day he returned to my house to repair my car quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed at all times from the first contact and would be more than happy to recommend Kris to anyone who finds themselves in a spot of trouble with their vehicle.
My display unit was blank and wouldn’t show remaining petrol, oil, current speed or mileage. Called the retailer for the car who couldn’t see us for 5 weeks. I called Kris at 6pm Wednesday and he was here at 11am Thursday. Display unit fixed in 90 minutes, text to say he was on his way, friendly guy and convenient as he came to the house. Reasonable price, fast, convenient and professional service.
Had Kris out to replace my dead car battery. Brilliant service and will be recommending him to everyone I know as he was very professional and not only replaced the battery but checked that everything was working before he left.
Absolutely top notch service, can't go wrong with Chris. - Called about faulty battery, wouldn't hold a charge and couldn't be jump started - Chris said he would come that day to diagnose the car and if necessary replace the battery - called at 1:30pm he arrived before 4pm - tested the battery and confirmed it was no good - replaced the battery as well as cleaning up the battery terminals to prevent future faults -Chris took photos of the entire process detailing what he had done and why he had done it - new battery came with a 2 year warranty Couldn't be happier with Chris' service today.
My car was broken down near Liverpool City centre and needed to be taken to Speke for repair to be done. Kris was brilliant, car picked up within 2 hours of calling and regular updates both before and after pick up including pics to let me know my car was safe.
