   AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I recently brought my car to this MOT station, and it failed due to what they reported as a broken suspension component. What concerns me is that only a couple of weeks earlier my car had a full inspection at a BMW main dealer, where they didn’t find any suspension issues or anything else that needed attention. The sudden failure was unexpected and didn’t match the dealer’s report. While I was there, I noticed other customers also having unexpected failures, and several of them said they disagreed with the reasons given. When I checked online afterwards, I found many reviews from people describing similar experiences. Based on my visit, I didn’t feel confident in the assessment, so I chose not to have any repairs carried out here. I would recommend that others read reviews and consider alternative MOT stations where they feel more comfortable and assured about the process.

   If your looking for a garage for any kind of service, work or mot please go elsewhere. I went here once to get an mot because I needed it same day and they had availability but my usual garage didn't. they came back with a fail and huge list of thousands of pounds worth of repairs needed for major issues. I was confused and quite annoyed while they tried the sales pitch and attempted to push me into paying them to do imaginary repairs. I politely declined and booked with my usual garage. Got in a few days later and passed the mot with minor advisories. I even showed them afterwards the mot from here and my mechanic kindly put my car up and walked me round showing the issues raised and pointed out the areas to show me there was no problem at all. I was absolutely disgusted at how tamil motors tried to extort me and lie about issues in attempt to make me pay thousands for repairs that didn't need to be done. The choice is obviously yours where you take your car but please bear in mind my experience before deciding to go here. This was possibly the worst experience I've had with a mechanic and shocking how they tried to rip me off not even by a few quid but thousands. Trust me when I say, go elsewhere!

   Avoid at all costs !!! I recently visited this garage for an MOT, during which I was advised that the rear brake shoe set required replacement. The work was carried out, and I collected the vehicle shortly afterwards. However, while driving home on the motorway, I began hearing an unusual noise coming from the rear of the car. I pulled over to inspect the issue and discovered that one of the wheels had not been properly secured. Concerned for my safety, I took the car to a local mechanic near my home, who was able to unscrew the wheel bolts by hand How can a garage with so-called “experts” forget to tighten a wheel? This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and could have resulted in a serious accident. When I returned to the garage the following day to report what had happened, the only response I received was a sorry. That’s not good enough when people’s safety is at risk. When you trust a garage with your car, the least you expect is for the wheels to be put back on properly. A professional garage should operate with the highest standards of safety and care. Failing to properly secure a wheel after brake work demonstrates a serious lack of attention and competence. I strongly advise others to be cautious before using this garage for any vehicle repairs or MOT services. *** Your reply claiming that the service was carried out correctly is completely untrue. If everything had been done properly, I wouldn’t of had to get another mechanic to fix it and he wouldn’t have been able to remove the bolts by hand. You were called about the issue the same day which was yesterday, and when I came in today, you apologised for it . So for you now to claim that everything was done correctly and the bolts where tighten is a lie , Also that it was test driven and I know it wasn't at all as I was there is dishonest and shows zero accountability.

   Great experience at Tamil Motors. I booked an MOT at a convenient time and was impressed with how fast and professional the team worked - the whole inspection was done in about an hour, while in other garages I usually had to leave the car for half a day. Prices are very competitive, the engineer was excellent, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I could even watch the process comfortably from the waiting area. Highly recommended!

   I brought my car here for a service and MOT and I needed some brake work doing as expected. These lads are brilliant and thorough. Excellent communication throughout, reasonably priced and my car is back in top shape. In the past I've gone to the main dealer for these services and feel like they don't do a decent job. I'll definitely bring my car here in the future instead. Fantastic service and a good turnaround time and explained everything in detail. Can't fault them.

   Went to Tamil garage today for an mot, I suspected my front wishbones were worn and indeed was failed for this reason. Luckily enough I already had the parts with me and they were able to fit them immediately. Overall the staff were very friendly and the reception area had its own snack and drinks facility which are immaculate. I can tell you the work was carried very quickly and my car once again drives flawlessly. I have had decades of vehicles repaired by different garages many good and many bad, this garage handled everything very quickly and are very competitive. Will use again and would recommend to give them ago. Thanks guys!

   Absolutely horrendous garage - they badly damaged BOTH my alloy wheels with the tyres they were replacing. I took pictures of both wheels before handing it over to them and they were perfect. They did not do ANY preliminary checks on the car or the wheels, the mechanic just took my locking wheel nut and walked off. 2 hours later they handed the car back to me with both wheels covered in tyre sealant so I could not check for damage, on arrival at home I wiped it all off to reveal the damage they done. They have made no attempt to rectify the incident, just denial. Do not use this garage!
