I have came from Bulgaria and visited this lovely establishment and I have never been welcomed so much into a place I would hundred percent recommend for cigar lovers. Mr Edward and Mr Eddie the most respectful people I’ve met definitely will be visiting when I am back in London.
I've watched "Davidoff London" YouTube channel for years. Being from the U.S., I understand that cigar culture is a bit different here in the U.K. I had a pleasant interaction with the gentleman behind the counter, and i was shocked to find out that this location doesn't allow "sampling". No indoor smoking allowed here. I was given a business card with information and address, the Bulgari hotel, inside this hotel lobby i would find Edward Sahakian cigar shop and sampling lounge. Nevertheless, this shop has a great assortment of premium sticks, luxury tobacco accessories, knowledge staff, and friendly service.
Just back from visiting for the first time. I am relatively new to the world of cigars. The gentleman I spoke to (possibly polish- sorry I didn't get the name) was extremely helpful. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he helped me through making some great choices with the spec I needed. Can't thank you enough. Just finished my Davidoff No. 2 (which I had asked to try following research). Brilliant. Will be back. Thank you!
A must for any cigar lover. Incredible selection on offer. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you’re timing’s right you might even be served by one of the Sahakians themselves!
Amazing place filled with lots of passion that is felt and seen, unique and limited high-end accessories, comprehensive selection of all Cuban cigars included some rare and aged cigars and not limited to Cubans. Marius Ceaușu’s knowledge, professionalism and friendliness adds to the shopping experience. Definitely recommend and would be a pleasure to return! Thank you Marius!

This shop is truly special. Personally I don’t smoke cigars, but I’ve been a long time fan of Kirby Allison’s YouTube channel where he comes here and has a drink with the father son owners and smokes rare expensive cigars. I didn’t have the guts to go in given I wasn’t going to purchase one. But I made it a point just to come look at when I came from Toronto to visit. Even got to see the leather chairs they film the videos in!
After wanting to visit Davidoff for many years, I treated myself last week on my birthday to a day out. Never did I expect to meet both Edward and Eddie, I can honestly say that they two of the most genuine and kind men I've ever met. They allowed me to have a photo, sat and spoke with me for well over half an hour which completely made my birthday. Was extremely impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and the range of cigars on offer, safe to say several new additions where added to my humidor. Thank you Davidoff and team for making my birthday so special and I cant wait to return soon. Jody
Davidoff is probably one of the best places to buy cigars in Europe. The customers service is second to none, the staff is very kind and well informed, Eddie is also a great host. A place which should be visited by any cigar enthusiast.
Was in London for the weekend from Ireland and as I've only recently got into cigars, had to go to Davidoff. Spoke with Ian who was both incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made the whole process a pleasure. Ended up buying about 10 cigars and got some great advise too. Will be back again for sure.
