I've had a really really frustrating experience with Datim. I first contacted one of their reps in spring this year for a new key. I wrote again in June and July and rang in August, when he confirmed he would make it and put it in the post. Again no action. I followed up in October. Nothing. It is December now, and I still have not had my new key.
Don’t value work ethic, Invade your privacy, Pass responsibility (Pass Blame), Poor Management (Basic People Skills) Deceiving Atmosphere.. Wouldn’t Recommend.
