Enquired about a new seal for bath waste , staff were no help at all said I needed a complete unit , bought a seal online for a few pounds, I try to buy local but I know where I’ll be shopping for spares from now on
Staff not helpful, sent me back home to measure the part I brough with me, could not be bother to to find the replacement. I was the only customer that time. Happened to me again there.
