Massive thumbs up for this company ! IF YOU WANT MORE THAN JUST 'ADVICE' ON INSULATION - THESE ARE THE GUYS ! . . . . I'm in the process of doing a loft conversion and (was) battling with building control over both, roof, internal and external wall insulation. Joss (legend) provided me with all the calcs (that tick all the boxes to get it passed). Even when building control changed what they originally suggested, it was no problem to re-jig the spec. For what is a minor project, the service, delivery, advice and communication I received from Multifoils Direct, ticks way more than five stars !
I emailed for some advice on which product to buy and within 1 hour I had a really helpful, friendly and professional response from Joss. As soon as I emailed another query I had a response at 7pm at night which I didn't expect until the following day. Superb customer service and I look forward to using the Super Quilt Foil product. While Multifoils Direct is very good with promptly sending the order via a paid next day delivery no matter the amount of the order (NOTE: NO FREE DELIVERY) and their return process if extremely unlawful. I incidentally ordered more coils and when asked if I could return access, very much within 14 days, I was asked to send them back and they shall deduct 10% for "admin and restocking charges" as per our "terms and conditions". However, it is important to note that the so-called terms and conditions do not exist on paper, neither Invoice nor Website. A chaser email asking for clarification has never been answered. You just got yourselves one star from what could have easily been 5-stars.
