   This company is so unreliable and you will never get the product that you paid for and instead will have to constantly contact them and they make all sorts of excuses of why your products not here. The price is not cheap Alan sells products separately making you pay more for the products than other companies.

   Shocking company, avoid at all costs. Ordered a screen and 7 weeks later still nothing. I have chased for the last 5 weeks, sometimes calling every day. I haven't received a single call back. The service is an absolute shambles. Alan has told me he will call me back 6 times now and not a single call, the other lady i have lost count of how many times she has promised a call back. I have never experienced service this poor in my life. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

   These guy's are scammers. I have placed an order 9th October and its 28th November and I have still not received it. They have been playing me around constantly. It has come to a point where they do not answer calls or emails. Absolute scammers!! Do not order from this place!!!

   Ordered a shower head on 6 Oct as it showed as 5 day delivery and good price. However, 14 days after it has not arrived and seller has refused a refund. Avoid purchasing online from them.

They answered all my questions and went out of their way to get my shower panels delivered this week. They have a beautiful collection of bathroom fixings and wall panels and I will definitely be buying all my future bathroom fixings and panels from iBathwarehouse.com.
