Although I never actually purchased anything from Oakwood Outlet, I want to thank Peter for his outstanding customer service and perseverance in trying to help. I was let down at the eleventh hour by a local supplier and tried to track the product I originally wanted nationwide. The product was actually out of stock in the UK, but Peter came through with an alternative product and a ultra competitive price. Ultimately I went with a nearer supplier for a logistics reason, knowing I could always pick the goods from a nearby stockist if required, but feel Oakwood Outlet should be congratulated for outstanding customer service. Thank you for all your efforts Peter, and please do not hesitate to enquire about any wood floor products, Peter is a font of knowledge.

Found them to have the most competitive pricing for the wood I wanted (and I shopped around). Also great service from James Lazer - very responsive and helpful assisting with things like the right glue, right beading, how much I needed to order etc. I added an extra 20% to my order which we didn't end up needing, and Oakwoods took it back and gave me a refund (minus a stocking fee). Great customer service overall.
