Absolutely fantastic service from the team in West Kirby. I rang up yesterday stressed out my mind as my car battery was dead and wouldn’t charge. Within a 10 minute turn around, a very helpful guy (sorry, I don’t know your name!) was on my path with a diagnostics kit. 20 mins later I had a new brand new (better) battery, installed and working perfectly. He even topped my screen wash up and checked my lights as my MOT is due tomorrow. Went above and beyond, couldn’t recommend more. Thank you for such an easy transaction. 10/10
