   I came in Friday, 29.03.2024 at around 14.40 to buy a primer. There were no clients in the shop, just me and my 4 year old son. The store representative was on the phone with his mate having a laugh whilst I was sat at the till for a few good minutes. He looked at me several times but couldn't care less. Absolute disgrace of customer service Safe to say I won't be going back

   Very unprofessional and can't sorted ISSUES straight away . Waiting for refund nearly 3 months because someone from store send my money to different bank account. Customer Service very rude to clients and not helping at all - NOT RECOMMEND AND NEVER GO AGAIN BUY FROM THEM... SCREWFIX AND WICKES A LOT CHEAPER ANYWAY... DON'T USE BARNSLEY STORE-TRY TO AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN.

   Adam from Jewson's I would just like to say a huge thank you to, the level of customer service from him exceeded those of other companies, he really did go the extra mile for us to try and find the bricks that we required and we really appreciated this. It isn't often that you find someone that will listen to exactly what you want and do all they can to try and find this. Thank you again Adam really appreciated all your help!

   Bought composite decking in 20 19 with a 25 Yr guarantee. Hubby sought advice of installation from sales guy. The guy agreed that the spacing of 600mm between each joist would be fine. 2yes down the line each length of the decking started ssinking down the centre and holding rain water. Complained verbally and in writing to the branch resulting in a guy coming from the supplier Grono and the area manager getting involved. Hubby took up a good section for the Grono guy to see the frame work. He said the spacing should be no more than 400 mm. We told him what sales guy said. The area manager said Jewson only give 12 mth warranty on products and aren't allowed to offer advice???? The sales guy denied saying what he did. So anyone looking to buy composite decking DON'T. We learned its made from 55% wood shavings, 35% plastic shavings, 5% resin to bod it together and coated in plastic. PLUS, whatever advice you are given for any purchase get it in writing or record it. This was a very expensive lesson costing £996:66. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JEWSON.
