   AVIOD BARUGH GREEN STORE I’ve been visiting the Barugh Green store for several years now, but I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated by my recent experience. My son’s Father’s Day gift has gone missing, and despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I’ve received nothing but poor service and conflicting information. The store claimed the parcel had been sent to the delivery office in the town centre, so I drove there with my son. The staff at the delivery office confirmed it was not there and even showed me on their system that the item had been delivered to Barugh green and showed me the coordinates. They even contacted the postman directly, who mentioned that a young lad had taken the parcel but seemed new? I returned to the store and was met by a manager whose attitude was shockingly dismissive. She showed no concern, denied any wrongdoing, claimed the delivery service was lying, and refused to check the CCTV footage. When I suggested the item might have been stolen, I was accused of making allegations against staff. To make matters worse, I actually know the postman who delivered the item whom is very trust worthy postman, which makes this situation all the more suspicious. This experience has completely shaken my confidence in the store, and I feel let down by the way the issue has been handled. I plan to take this further with their head office on Monday -

   Impossible to email feedback. 2024 three individual bars of chocolate were £1.50, within the past 3-6 months (maybe longer as time flies). Went into the local store in Laveratock this evening and now, two bars for £1.50. Bit of maths, 60pence per bar to 75 pence per bar. I am aware of inflation but you have now lost my business. I didn't realise onestop were part of Tesco. Perhaps Aldi for everything and vote with my feet.

   i cant put 0 stars so 1 will have to do, my local one stop is absolutely shocking , every time i go in 5/6 times a week to post parcels, i am always met with a silly excuse. we are out of labels (they are out of labels 3 days a week) the hand held scanner is dead (what they mean is they haven't charged it or cba to) the most recent one is that the bags are too full, and the courier wont take any more parcels. i have wrote to head office, i send around 20/25 parcels a week, which they will get paid to take in, granted it wont be mega money but its money, time that by how many people post from there, then how ever many other shops are doing it, the company could be losing a lot !! SORT YOUR SELF OUT
