I needed a full bathroom transformation and didn't know where to start. Sarah was there every step of the way, she was extremely informative, and guided me through the whole process. The products are quality and I feel very good value for money. The fitters Nathan and David were just great! Professional, tidy and friendly. The thing that make this tiles shops for 30 years is their customer service and the price. Please buy from them! They really take care of everything from choosing, delivering and handling it to you. I read the review and experienced it. Sarah is very knowledgeble. She did the calculation for me. I rang twice, didn't leave a v. Suddenly she called me back. What's that mean? Means that she cares about her customer! I hope Sarah and team success in the future. I'm lucky living in this area.
I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. She was outstanding at every stage of us redoing our bathrooms. She takes the time to properly get to know you and your taste, then truly goes above and beyond to deliver. Sarah cares about all the little details to make sure your new bathroom is spot on. For us, she scoured brochure after brochure to find items that complimented each other. Everything was great quality at very reasonable prices. We were so impressed with the bathrooms, we also got our radiators replaced by Sarah. She took the time to calculate the BTUs for us to ensure our choices would work well for our house. Sarah got us some gorgeous radiators (we're always getting compliments about them) at a huge discount - thanks again Sarah. Couldn't be more impressed!
Hallam Tiles and Bathrooms is an incredible company. So very knowledgeable, helpful and lovely. Sarah listens to really get a sense of what you’re trying to achieve (and helps with calculations where you’re not sure!). If you have a very specific product in mind, she will try to get it and, if she can’t, she’ll come up with something similar. She gets products in quickly, chases things up for you - just brilliant. We’ve done two fantastic and very different bathrooms - almost wholly sourced via this company - new radiators, and various plumbing parts. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Fantastic service and tile selection. The owner was completely honest with me about my choice, even though she could have perhaps sold me more expensive tiles. She has a wealth of experience, gives sound advice and very worthy of 5 stars!
