Stella's son called nelly is very rude when he told me the price was 5.20 he then asked me if I wanted a bag I said yes please. I gave him 10.20 expecting 5 pound change he gave me 4.90 then said he's charging for the bag (I'm not bothered about 10p) when I said Stella doesn't charge for bags he became very rude and said "well I do" I asked for he's name so I could talk to Stella when I next see her he's reply was "nelly, but she's obviously going to side with me isn't she" very rude and obnoxious person and chucked my change at me too
