Recently took my bosch hammer drive drill as i was having trouble with the chuck less key not working as it should. The chap had a look at it there and then but after 5 mins came back and said the retaining screw looked well past it day but if I wanted they would have a look in more detail & if i wanted could come back the following day and see how things were. I returned the following day and was given the opportunity to take it back home and order a new shaft screw or they could fit me a brand new shaft and it would be less than £20, i chose the latter. I was absolutely delighted with the customer service and quick response to my problem. Very grateful for the help and would definitely go again if a silimar problem arose. Well worth a visit
