Customer service is non-existent. Loved my Ragfork, it broke and the lifetime guarantee is useless if you can't get hold of the company. Stay away!!
Tried emailing facebook message and calling them on several occasions still awaiting any return communication very poor service
Dodgy as hell...... Paid the money for a Ragwort fork, but not arrived and have tried ringing and leaving messages and they just don't respond. That was 3 weeks ago, so now going to go legal to try and get my money back....
