   I was shocked to discover that after having my car tyres replaced at your shop, my safty and my child's safety was put at serious risk due to improper workmanship. The wheel nuts were not tigtened properly. Fortunately, while driving on a low-speed road, i noticed an unusual noise and stopped to check the vehicle. I then discovered that the front right wheen was mssing two nuts and another nut could be removed by hand. When i called to report this incident, I was told to arrange my own roadside recovery service, and i was not given any assurance that the repair costs would be compensated. I am still extremely shaken and distressed. Earlier that this morning, i was driving on the motorway to take my son to school. If the wheen had come loose at high speed. the consequences could have been fatal for both of us.

   Very helpful chap. Went the extra mile to try and get my motorhome sorted. Unfortunately didn't have a specialist tool to fit my tyres, but arranged alternative fitting.

   I kept being ignored after trying to talk to the guy multiple times. After the tires were fitted he finally answered my question and told me my tyres aren't the problem. My wheels are. After asking for advice on what to do with the wheels he then said they were fine because he cleaned them up. Which left me a bit confused. In all fairness it was a quick job and he did point out an issue with my handbrake.

   Very easy to use from start to finish. I needed to change my date of fitting and they did that without a fuss or a charge. The guy who fitted my tyres was very friendly... Can't fault this at all.. No fuss system suits me perfect!

   Very helpful customer focused. Got on with the job, tyres ready and waiting for me, no delays, fitted, balanced and all bolts fitted and torque checked in correct order. No scratches or marks left on alloys. 4 new tyres on 330d BMW, no issues at all, excellent service.

   After seeing good reviews for this garage I booked in for 2 new tyres to be fitted to my car here. Left the car at the garage and went for a bite to eat, came back and was given the keys. When I got home I had a quick check of the wheels to find that the locking wheel nuts had been damaged and the wheels also scratched along the rim and around the wheel nuts. A short while after, I noticed a wobble at motorway speeds and checked again to find that neither wheels had been balanced either - confirmed today at a different garage that both wheels required balancing. Thankfully BlackCircles customer service have been great since this and are dealing with the issues however I would not consider using the garage again, very poor standard of work and quiet frankly embarrassing that the basics cant even be done right.

   Very smoothly run, drove up and got helped in a very Covid secure way. The staff was kind and helpful and sorted the problem out, answering my questions as we went along. If you need your tyres fitted or repaired, don't let the pandemic out yiu off, these guys should sort you. Opening times added in the photo in case it helps.
