   Danny was great, he’d been on holiday and had come back to a lot of work, they were backed up with jobs, (this is why I have put 4 star because I wasn’t told prior to arriving), Danny apologised and rescheduled me coming in and managed to have a look at my car a different day, and helped me out by doing a minor fix on my wiper before I sourced a motor. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

   Do not use Wigan branch … took my daughter’s car in and was advised of a list of work that needed to be done for an MOT. This included brakes front and back, seized caliper and other work all totalling over £1200. As we had recently had the front brakes replaced within the year we took it to an Independent Garage for a 2nd opinion. The caliper does not need replacing neither do the front brakes or pads. The cost of the repairs was £280 including an MOT. These are the type of places that give mechanics a bad name. Honesty is best policy!!!

   I booked an MOT online for a specific date and paid upfront, but the garage cancelled the booking a few hours later and told me to call to rearrange — which defeats the point of having an online system. I also had to email them just to get my refund, and I’m now getting unwanted emails asking for a review. Overall, unreliable and inconvenient.

   DO NOT USE Last year my car failed it's MOT. Had all new front suspension, cost over £1000 to fix. Wasn't keen on the service I had so went to a different garage this year. Car has failed it's MOT again with the exact same problem. I have spoken to the mechanic and he said that it's one of the roughest jobs he's ever seen and that he can't believe that a 'garage' has done such shoddy work. They have basically done it the cheapest way possible just to 'pass' it. Please don't go here it is not worth it.

   Excellent service all round! Ordered my tyres on line picked a garage to fit them, Formula one was in my opinion a good choice. I had to change my appointment at the last minute unfortunately, but they were very accommodating and sorted a later appointment for me. The two staff were both very polite, they explained the procedure also gave me some advice on a small job that would be safer for me to drive the car and make my tyres last longer ! So I had that done as well. Thank you formula One for great service and I’ll come again .

   Great service, car. went in for its MOT and failed. the team quickly told me what was wrong and fitted a new tyre . unfortunately the other part I required was not something they could get ahold of so I had to source myself . they were the able to fit the part and retest the next day, good service. I believe the manager is the MOT tester also he does a great job of running the garage. will be back in the future

   The manager is brilliant and couldn’t do enough. Gave me a good price that was £200 cheaper than Halfords and went out his way to get my car sorted after having a problem with a part. Would definitely recommend and will be returning with any future problems.

   Refused to change a part I had bought because they wanted the cash for supplying, despite my part being OEM. Insisted that my car needs to be taken in to have a look at... I literally just wanted a specific part changed. Gives the impression that they're just trying to make as much money as possible out of customers rather than helping them.
