   Great service. Very Happy. Our car was having electrical problems and issues with the alternator. Phoned up Wigan auto electrical centre and explained what was wrong. Said they could take a look at it the next morning. Couldn't drive the car so they gave me the number of someone who could recover/deliver the car to them. had the car picked up at 10am and by 1pm the car was sorted with a reconditioned alternator fitted. Price was more than reasonable and I can't think of anywhere else locally that would provide such a quick turnaround.

   After calling over 50 garages on a very cold Wednesday morning, to see if they would try n fix my car only 1 came to my rescue. Wigan auto centre. Formerly known as Wigan alternators. My 06 Vauxhall Astra had decided on that morning to lock all its doors and engage the deadlocks too. I couldn’t open any door apart from the drivers door. Wigan auto centre took my car in at 9:30 and I had it back before 4pm. A faulty wiring loom was to blame. Car electrics are not great at the best of times. But this garage had me booked in sorted it and gave me the car back the very same day. Steve and all the guys down there delivered a very professional service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody that has electrical problems with their cars. Brilliant service. Top job.

   I was informed by ATS in Wigan that my air conditioning had a leak while trying to re-gas it. Even better, they couldn’t tell me where it was! Told me to go away to get it repaired and come back. The whole day I jumped from garage to garage trying to find someone who could help but got nowhere. Even went to the dealership who couldn’t see me until April and would charge me £120 just to check it!! I then Google’d for air conditioning specialist and these guys came up! Saw my car that afternoon, tested it and found there was not a leak at all! The air conditioning was re-gased and everything was fine! Absolutely amazing service and very thankful! Spent the whole day worrying about what was wrong when there wasn’t anything wrong! I shall be going back in future! Thank you!

   Took my porsche 944to have the electric window and passenger side door central locking be repaired, the guy called me next day to say he can't fix it, but when another auto electrician repaired it I saw that most of the original door card screws had been replaced with ones that don't fit properly, door card waterproof film was not put back in and missing also door speaker water proof case was missing, also window switch fixing bracket had been broken, will not be using this company again.

   Wigan Auto electrician forced a new 70amp relay in to a standard holder by grinding 9.5mm blades down to 6.5mm to fit a standard relay holder, they also cut a large piece out of a perfect relay bank! We are not impressed with the quality of work and have since had a full refund.
