    I tried to get some help with a tyre, all I wanted was someone to exchange my tyre for the spare as it had gone down. It was 15:00. This fella came out let me tell him about my tyre, then he said we can't do anything until Friday. All the machines have been put away. I mentioned that it said open till 18:00 on the Internet. He was very abrupt and quite rude. He said, it's new years eve! It was 3pm. I'm disabled and have to use a walker. I might have felt a bit less aggrieved, if he had been pleasant and apologetic. But he made me feel guilty for going there. I won't be going back there. Awful customer service

    Had an amazing experience today!! Called up and got an amazing price back to have 4 new tyres fitted. Drove down and they were done straight away, both gents very super helpful. I would highly recommend using these. Great service, great price what more could you ask for. Thankyou guys!

    Quick and good service My tyre was totally gone. They just used 10 minutes to change and then paid £40 for the second hand tyre( nearly new) After changed, they also check the tire condition, make sure all good.

    Do not use. Scratched 3 of my alloys when changing my tyres. The alloys were covered in that glue they use when I left, so only managed to inspect it properly when I got home and cleaned it up. No wonder they left the glue on there, it was most likely to cover the damage they caused. He refused to accept it was caused by him when I rang. As a car enthusiast I know my car well, these alloys were spotless before they went into this tyre shop. DO NOT USE THIS TYRE SHOP

    Tyre was a decent price. However, I was advised CASH ONLY BUSINESS and asked to pay in cash even though website says they take cards. Was told to walk to the co-op to get some.

    Got four tyres here nearly new with 7mm tread. Costs me 1/4 compared to new. I called beforehand and they checked they had the correct stock for me before I arrived and changed them very efficiently

    I visited this garage when one of my tyres burst on the motorway nearby. On arrival I specifically asked for a run flat tyre as that was what all 4 of my tyres were. The guy there checked and told me it wasn’t a problem and that they had one in stock. I think he then realised he didn’t have a run flat tyre for my car and proceeded to put a standard tyre on it instead. Not an issue except for the fact he did not tell me this and charged me for a run flat tyre which is slightly more expensive. I only realised when I got home that it wasn’t what I asked for. They also made me walk to a shop 10 minutes away because I had to pay in cash but only decided to tell me this when they’d already changed the tyre.. they couldn’t wait for me to leave as they were shutting early too. Overall it was good they were nearby and open but if you are not in an emergency I would suggest going anywhere else to ensure you get the right service and what you ask for.
