   Great place for soft play, but they definitely needs staff surrounding entrances and exits of the soft play equipment. I went with my son today and shortly after arriving approximately 15 mins later I was woken up by a stranger. She said that I was lying on the floor face first meaning that I passed out whilst sitting on the chair. This happened right by the little shop area they have there so I really don’t know how not even 1 member of staff didn’t seem me pass out and falling onto the floor. Thank the lord to the stranger who approached me else I’d still probably be lying on the floor now. I then walked away with with friction burn and bruises on my face

   Our visit, 2 adults and 4 children - 6 year old, 5 year old, 3 year old and a baby, was excellent. Staff were friendly, the place was very clean, including the toilets and the children had a lovely time. Plenty to do and plenty of room. I had read several on line reviews and had I have been swayed by them I wouldn’t have gone because they were mostly negative. We didn’t eat there so couldn’t comment on the food. We will definitely go again. Thank you

   This place is mediocre at best and needs a good clean. It's big but it's mostly places to sit down on sticky ripped sofas. The play area is dusty and littered with rubbish, toilets were dirty and smelt very strongly of cleaning products without being clean. Older children wrestling in the u5s and u3s areas deeming it unsafe for the age group its inteneded for, We ended up leaving early because this is obviously where some people come to not have to bother parenting their children. 2 stars because the coffee and staff were very nice. It's also the only play area I've ever been to with a security guard...

   Came here random many times over the years. Recently came again for the toddler session (good price) now that my lads running round. I like how empty it is in the morning as it’s so over whelming after school. But anyway, the staff was lovely/polite. But the area itself is so dusty. I understand parts you cannot reach/get to is fine but this first picture is literally on the stairway the kids climb up so can literally put your fingers it in, no way you Ou can just use a hand held to get that? And it’s wearing away in many parts too. No balls in the ball pit in the toddler section anymore.

   It's OK.... it's getting a bit run down in places and there's caked on dust. There's never any balls in the ball pit for the little ones to play with! it's really annoying that there's no policing of the children by staff as some parents just do nothing. Every single time I come here I have to tell other kids off for climbing up the slides when others are trying to use them or throwing balls aggressively at each other. The smaller play area for under 3s and under 5s always has older children in it. One kid was climbing up the nets and fell off and onto my kid (luckily she was ok). If there were staff policing the areas then this wouldn't happen. It's fine if you go and there are like minded parents there who watch and control their kids but if not, it's just stressful. There's loads of chairs/sofas for you to sit on. The toilets are in need of some TLC. Staff are friendly, I've never had any issues with them. I'm sure we will still go here again as my daughter does enjoy it so ill take photos/ update my review if things improve and increase the stars where it's due. Or, reduce if it keeps getting worse. I still think its a good place to take your child but maybe when they're 5+

   Needs updating now, been the same for years, it's not the cleanest place to take your child. The roof was leaking in when we visited and the floor was all wet, my childrens socks were soaking. The soft equipment has all rips in and black tape covering them. The staff are young and not very experienced as when asked a question they just giggle and look at each other before answering you. The que for refreshments was long and the cups were also dirty when we did finally get served. Apart from that, the place is big with plenty of seating area and the kids had fun before moaning about their feet being wet.

   Had my sons 4th birthday here and I was extremely impressed with the whole process from the ease of booking the party, any amendments made along the way, and finally how smooth and well organised the party was on the day. The lady assigned to assist with our party was very helpful and friendly. Spacehoppas itself was nice and clean and spacious, with loads of areas for kids to play. Its one of the better soft play zones for kids in my opinion. The cost of the party was very reasonable and the food was good. I would definitely use them again.

   Best soft play area for kids in the West Midlands in my opinion. So much space, great prices, and the kids really run themselves out of steam here. Have previously booked and attended kids parties here, which were run quite well. There is a good sized seating area for parents to sit and have something from the café while they watch their kids play. Sadly my youngest is getting too old for it now, so can't see us coming here much longer, but highly recommend it to everyone with kids.

   I like the big space which is easy for social distancing. Lots of seats and sofas which nice. Staff are nice. Only negative thing is how noisy it is. Went 4 years ago and went now and still very unnecessarily loud music.
