    Very accessible community venue with parking for two disabled vehicles next to the entrance. Accessible bathroom and baby change which was well maintained and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, relaxed rollers and wobbly wanderers are welcome here.

    We held our son’s first birthday party in the main hall here last month. I could not have asked for a better venue! The hall was a great size. The staff organising, & on duty during the day, were fantastic. All very accommodating to our specific requirements & our caterers too. There is ample parking around back which is very useful. I would highly recommend The Shirley Centre & I would definitely use the venue again.

    So disappointed that you have cancelled the Platinum Jubilee Dance on 4 June 2022. I made a wasted journey to buy tickets today only to find out you have cancelled it! 18 tickets already sold but it's 3 weeks away and I definitely think you've made a big mistake.

    A great place for a small weddings or engagement parties. Thoroughly enjoyed the wedding meeting relatives and friends in a very informal atmosphere. The food and service was excellent. The facilities at the centre were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place.

    Attended for a 2 and 4 year old birthday party. The facilities were excellent, beautiful clean room and kitchens. Plenty of space for a bouncy castle and soft play. Free parking on a Sunday, otherwise you get two hrs free out the front, carefull out back as it is pay and display. Toilets and access all Great. Very nice experience.
