   Popped in this morning for a browse, picked up a Spider-Man plush toy, the price on the shelf was £7, went to check out and the woman scanned it at £10 mentioned the price on the shelf to which I was bluntly told it’s wrong! Her attitude was really poor and I just told her I’d leave it, customer service is not apparent in this store

   Very dissapointed, I am a retail manager of 10 years with 3 different retail stores. Went in today to return a toy and get store credit and was told I couldn't. I had the original receipt and the toy was in its packaging untouched. The lady told me I couldn't with very little reason. I didn't even want my money back, just store credit. But I will get my brother to return this now for a full refund and go to smyths and buy something. I've worked at 3 stores now and never rejected a credit note for a return with a receipt or gift card.

   Sadly I mostly come here now to buy gifts for other people's children, and I long for the days mine were young enough to enjoy a visit here. For a small unit there's a lot of variety of the latest toys and collectibles, and the prices can be good at times too.

   16th April at around 6:45 went into the store lady was very rasict didn't even be polite never passed me my bag brought toys for my kids. I mean I hope the manger can have a word with her she's working in a toy shop with no respect or joy towards parents or children and on top rasict towards them.. very unhappy for today's visit.

   Nice store, a lot in a small space so it can get crowded quickly. It's great for younger children's toys, but not a lot for older kids. The staff are always friendly.

   Go in here all the time. Very friendly staff. Good selection of toys from young to old, boys and girls. I often pop in to see what they have new and what they have on offer. When they have sales on it's a real sale. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. It can get quite busy in there to be honest. Also you can order online and pick up in store
