Had an amazing experience at Creams Rickmansworth! The desserts were absolutely delicious with incredibly generous portion sizes - definitely great value for money. The waffles were loaded with toppings and beautifully presented. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which added to the great atmosphere of the place. The Β£1 coffee offer to go with the desserts was a brilliant touch and made the whole experience even better value.
A great local place for some late night desserts and indulgence. Service is great and the staff kindly changed the drink my daughter had ordered as she found it far too sweet. The portion sizes are decent and enough for sharing.

Tables are extremly close to each other and there is even no room for the legs when you sit. So tight and uncomfortable!! Staff have not trained to make coffee. Terrible experience! It is no surprise everywhere is busy and this place is empty!
Got cookie dough delivered. Was over cooked and inedible. No refund offered. Disgusting service. Will not use again.
Terrible experience. All we wanted was 2 scoops ice cream to take away. 4 staff people serving to just 2 tables and 2 delivery people and us waiting. After 15 min waiting to be served we get to order and pay at the till to then be left again waiting for nearly 10 min. Just for 2 ice creams to take away!!?? They can't cope. Bad service as too slow and inefficient.
Very welcoming and lovely staff. Great crepes and waffles! I like coming here. It's also kept nice and warm especially with the current weather.
Attended late on a Saturday evening (9.30 pm) there were 8 of us, seated quickly and served just as fast. Polite and attentive service. Food was good also and never felt rushed.
