    On the 5th of April, we ordered 3 full set breakfasts and 3 drinks totalling almost £30 sooner the delivery driver turned up with a cheese omelette we didn’t even order. I attempted calling the cafe 22 times!!!! and no answer. I didn’t accept the food as it wasn’t my order and the driver never returned and Cafe Lounge never got into contact me to fix this mistake i 100% DO NOT recommend ordering and good luck anyone trying to get through to this lousey company.

    went in Jan 2022 and was served by a delightful young lady, Anjilee. Food was like eating at your nans whilst she has cataracts. Despite her challenges, Angeli was a great waitress and it’s good to see places giving an opportunity to people like her!

    Online orders are not coming in time.... And when you call them they answer and not knowing what to say about order.... I do not recommend them

    Wow, I was very impressed with the food that I ordered, it arrived in foil containers and the food was nice and hot. The food tasted Amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it, I will certainly order from here again and the delivery driver was very nice nice, polite and friendly, Thank you very much!

    Ordered 2 breakfasts to my parents flat where I was helping with renovations, I had said on Uber eats that I would meet the driver outside as I didn’t know any details for him gaining entry. 30 minutes past the latest estimated delivery time I phoned them and asked for an update to be told that the driver had left our food outside without letting us know. The food wasn’t there and then the restaurant went offline and I was no longer able to talk to anyone about it. No refund or no solution provided.

    The omlette and coffee I ordered both taste great and arrived fairly quickly. Its better during peak times to collect it as the JustEat drivers sometimes take a life time to deliver it. Never had an issue with the food being cold. Highly recommend these guys!
