I bought a matcha latte and then they proceeded to give me milk with matcha syrup When I asked them why there isnβt matcha powder they asked me why? And if I like it with the bitter powder I told them thatβs the whole point of a matcha latte Waited a long time as the barista didnβt know what to do aswell In the end I received warm milk with matcha syrup that tasted very bad Not worth my money

I stop at that cafe almost every day on my way to work. Ladies who work there are always nice! Coffee is always very good (my usual order is Americano with cold almond milk). The shop is small but very cosy. Selection of food and pastries in the morning is excellent. I think its a real gem and they chose a great spot for the coffee shop! I recommend to anyone that is in the area.

The coffee is decent but the barista was rude and generally poor customer service. Anything I asked was met with sort of sarcastic tone: for example, and I want to be specific: - when I asked for chocolate powder on my latte, Barista sarcastically said βits a latteβ of which I replied, yes I know but thatβs what I like. Very odd remark! - enquiring about whether its a chocolate croissant again met with passive remarks. Over all not good customer service but coffee is ok and decently priced if I am being fair.

Fooled by stock photos of latte art on their website into expecting a professional, independent coffee shop. In reality this is a depressing dump with terrible coffee, and very odd customer service, be warned!

I've "bean" waiting for a proper coffee shop to open at West Drayton station for yonks so pretty stoked on this making my commute more chill. It's not the Ritz or anything but serves Costa Coffee standard lattes.
