Nero Coffee is my favourite, but I’m not here to review the coffee — it’s great in every Nero. This is my usual coffee place, and I want to praise the staff. They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I sometimes use three plus coffee vouchers, and they show no partiality or judgement — just the same polite and respectful service every time. They care about getting orders right, and create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. It’s the staff that makes each visit a pleasure. Thank you for making Nero feel like more than just a coffee shop.
Nice coffee shop in Staines High Street. The staff is friendly, there was no queue when I came, free seats outside. I like the Italian panettone and iced coffee:) I was happy as I could use my Vitality voucher so coffee was free and tasted even better:)
I just want to say thank you so much to the Barista/ store manager for making so a delightful cup of white chocolate mocha during my three days stay in Staines. Your care, attention to detail and smile was the icing on the cake and reminded me of how customer care and service used to be provided back in the days instead of the transaction service of current times. You deserve a pay rise and promotion and senior management should take a pay cut. Without the Baristas there is no business.

Pleasant enough. Coffees could be made a little better (were not full). Dog friendly which is a pleasant surprise. Plenty of space when I went in but there were only 2 people serving so there was a wait.
Lovely, spacious, quiet and CLEAN venue, which makes a change from other outlets of this chain; coffee (a regular latte) was of good standard and served nice and hot. Unfortunately the outlet was short staffed on this day, and I was advised they were closing earlier than expected due to this. Consequently there was a slightly unfriendly, anxious atmosphere when placing the order (I arrived about 35 mins before the expected closing time) and it made the experience slightly less pleasurable. But otherwise very nice and I will look forward to visiting again.

Bought two frappes and both of them were given to me spilling over the top and the lids don't fit properly, bought a tiramisu but didn't taste right ... jellified and stale ...disappointed. would normally have gone to Starbucks but they've closed in this high St :( Staff friendly enough and dogs allowed but let down by food and presentation
