   The coffee was fine, but could have done with the staff member put the milk in rather than texting friends, only when she noticed I’d got my phone out did she turn away.

   I have visited Costa Coffee twice, ( in elmsleigh shopping center)and unfortunately, both times I had a disappointing experience with one of the female staff members (short hair – I don’t know her name). Her attitude was quite impolite, and the level of service did not meet expectations. I believe customer service is a key part of the café experience, and I hope the management will take this into consideration to improve staff training and ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers.

   Costa is..... COSTA! I love the Americano. I love the Millionaire Shortbread I prefer Costa *High St* type stores - all slight different ambience.... cos they are all different shapes and sizes. This one is in a shopping centre (mall) so it served its purpose. 4pm on a Thursday. Plenty of seats.... low key.... staff fine

   Stopped by for some coffee here while I was visiting Staines. This place is located inside a shopping complex up on the first floor so it is quite peaceful and quiet. The service is excellent and the coffee great as always.

   This was a very nice place pre pandemic. The staff now don't give a hoot about service, this I fear is due to shortage of staff, leaving the others to fill the spots. Dirty tables left strewn with crockery. Queue was quite long with two people in front of me informing me that she didn't like the place as the service was dreadful. I was only there to buy a thank you card for someone

   It is rather quiet in here today and the cafe is separated enough from the shopping center that it doesn't feel too full. The music is a good level and the staff are friendly and reasonably quick at preparing the coffee. Probably will come again
