Staff need more training and the store looks rough and dirty, they all could be lack of training and they are not welcoming at all.
Coffee always great. Food ok. Atmosphere can be noisy.
The service was very slow I was waiting for 10 minutes just to get served. My brother found a hair in his drink and the store was unsanitary,
Train your staff better because its a joke, slow service and wasted money because your staff can't seem to work out how to use costa app vouchers and I loose out on them. Also to mention how there is hardly ever food options.
Sunday 10h00 am, got into Costa Coffee in Ashford really looking forward for that latte and nice atmosphere, however, staff not showing much empathy, tables all dirty, not many costumers in, only 2 tables with costumers. Lack of professionalism in costumer service. Latte not as good as I am used with Costa. Disappointed.
Very polite staff members here me and the kids love coming here for a quick coffee and babycinos.
Always been a good place but on sunday they were 40min from closing and the staff clearly were too excited to go home and didn’t properly pay attention to any of us. Gave us take away cups bc they didn’t want to have to clean up .. even though we were sitting in. drinks were rushed and came out tasting really gross as one staff member literally left to go home mid way through making it … leaving her colleague confused on what orders were taken ..
Poor. 2 customers who were after me left with their drinks before I got mine. This place don’t value people and their times. On top of that I was seated and when I finally got my drink, it was served in a paper take away cup, so I waited even more after requesting my drink to be changed as I wished to have it in. A tip: if a customer is seated with a laptop, he is staying in, serve him a drink in a mug!!! Pay attention to your client and ask questions how they would like their drinks if you aren’t clear.
Every trip to the Ashford High-street, a visit at Costa is a must. Perfect location, excellent customer service, friendly staff.
