   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great CostaCoffee Stop Inside Next I stopped by the Costa inside Next in Staines and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was just as good as you’d expect from Costa smooth, hot, and consistent in flavour. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during a busy period, and the café area was clean and comfortable. It’s a convenient spot for a quick break while shopping, with a nice relaxed atmosphere. The only small downside is that seating can be limited when it’s busy, but otherwise, it’s a great place for a mid shopping caffeine fix. Would definitely pop in again!

   Did not have maple hazel latte. Said they hadn't received a delivery but had everything else. Only have these limited edition drinks for a few weeks of the year. Only reason I came to the shop (and paid for parking). Really disappointed!

   I popped into Costa Next Staines for a break and a coffee. The lady behind the counter was excellent. A rare display of fantastic customer service. She served customers with a friendly and helpful approach. Very well done.

   Atmosphere was not nice at all, It felt very hostile and uncomfortable coming from the store manager. Not only did she ignore me when I approached the till, I got closer and she finally acknowledged me and said one moment. When she was done with putting some cups away she asked me what I would like and said something under her breath…. I said what? And she brushed it aside and asked what I would like. I literally felt so unwelcome and if I didn’t enjoy Costa so much I would have walked out. All three women had a moody demeanour about them, maybe some team training wouldn’t go a miss.

   Very nice atmosphere and good food. I better than your average Costa, It has a nice view over over the two rivers shopping centre. Nice place to pop in when you're shopping at next.

   Colder coffee, that's what they should call it here. Cafe latte, cold. Sausage bap, cold. I don't normally get costa and I can see why. Why so poor in service & Product? Hospitality is dead.

   I don't visit here a lot, but whenever I have this coffee shop is clean and tidy. The staff are also efficient and helpful. The queues are usually shorter here than at the two other Costa shops in Staines. This coffee shop is also often open until 6.30 pm whereas the other Costa shops in Staines close earlier.

   There is a huge inconsistency about the closing hours of this place. It is good when open, staff is nice, but closing hours change weekly between 4PM and 7PM and you can never guess what it will be next week. Opening-Closing hours never align with what is written here. I have never seen something like that even in small family businesses yet this should be a corporate business.

   Lovely cafe located in a busy area, near all the amenities. It is expensive compared to other mainstream cafes, and quality of food, drinks, snacks not as good. Customer is very polite and attentive, so definitely a place to go to with family and friends.
