   So firstly to say the staff here are great - very friendly & always welcomed with a smile. HOWEVER - the greed from the franchise owner is outrageous. Today I was told they've increased their prices again (3rd time in just over a year). So last summer an oat flat white was £3.35, then they upped it to £3.60. Then in May this year they again increased this to £3.80 (this is the territory of independent specialty coffee in Central London), and this morning when I ordered was told they'd upped it again to £4! Real shame to have to go elsewhere now as the staff are lovely, but £4 for a mass produced flat white coffee in Ashford High Street is insane.

   Nice and quiet and enjoyed free Latte. Dishwasher wasn't working. Much quieter than other Costa further down the road. Toilet was reasonably clean although a leaky tap in wash basin.

   A small Costa but a nice one. Its clean and well maintained. Only one member of staff working which meant she had to take and make orders which resulted in a wait. But coffee was good.
