   The service provided by the Indian staff on 2 Dec ar about 12.15pm was horrible! He was exceptionally rude towards us. In comparison, his colleague who has an accent of a Filipino was courteous and patient.

   This Caffè Nero is absolutely stunning. The space is massive, which makes it feel welcoming and never overcrowded, even at busy airport hours. The selection of grab-and-go items is huge, perfect for travelers in a rush. The coffee is as lovely as always – smooth, rich, and reliable. On top of that, the atmosphere is fantastic: lively yet relaxed, making it a great spot to pause before a flight. Highly recommended if you’re passing through Terminal 2, great place to relax before your flight

   It’s a good cafe to burn the time whilst waiting for your flight.Their strawberry & vanilla iced matcha latte was to die for, I’m hoping that it’s a regular drink there and not just a promotional drink because I can’t imagine not having it whenever I’m at Caffè Nero now, how to be my favourite drink so far.And also make sure you have the Caffè Nero’s Loyalty card as well to get some good deals on your purchase.

   Our experience was not great. It took a very long time to get our food paid for. More staff required. Need a dedicated person on coffee. Pictures of the food speaks for itself... Don't really have to comment.

   Caffè Nero at Heathrow Terminal 2 is appreciated for its convenient location and fast service. Travelers enjoy the variety of coffee options and light snacks, such as sandwiches and pastries. Despite being busy, staff members are typically friendly and efficient. However, the space can feel cramped, especially with luggage in tow. Seating is limited, and it can be hard to find a quiet spot during peak times. Overall, it’s a decent spot to grab a quick coffee before or after your flight :)

   I had the most terrible and disturbing experience ever here. I wanted to get a bottle of water and a scone prior my flight. When I was at the check out, a staff with glasses on kept asking me if I wanted still water or sparkling water and I was confused about that as I thought I had grabbed a bottle of still water on my end. Instead of explaining himself further, he repeated the question for a few times and said "do you speak English?" although I had had put in my order with him already (I wonder if he would ask the same question to non-Asian looking people). After I answered "I want still water", he pointed to the bottle of the water I had and said "This is sparkling water. I don't understand why this is so difficult." He appeared to be inpatient and annoyed. EXCUSE ME? The staff was very much rude and racist, showing no respect to customers. Only after I told him that I was going to report his behavior, he started to trying to be nice to me. :) This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life.

   Asked for a hot water and milk and was charged £2.65 for a tea - which I didn’t have. I don’t mind paying something, but that wasn’t reasonable. I did ask and was told £2.65. Not impressed.
