Wish we had gone to Greggs, ordered 2 toasted sandwiches for £5 each. Stale and barely cooked. With awful cheese. Coffee was good. Steer clear of their food.

The charamel shortbread tasted undercooked, the shortbread was soggy and it tasted out of date. The panini filling was only in the middle and was undercooked.

Just popped in to get 2 coffees (21-8-25) and honestly the man behind the counter couldnt have been more polite ..... just a normal upbeat positive nice fella

Ordered on uber eats and when it arrived the two paninis were missing! I wouldn’t mind but the only other things I got was a drink and a packet of crisps. Then went to have a look to see if they were still selling them on uber and they had been taken off so clearly they were outve stock so why would you not just cancel the order or call and say they’re outve stock???

This shop has a lot of furniture to ensure maximum seating available. I feel this takes away potential character and uniqueness of the setting. I thought long about why it doesn't feel great to me, maybe because it feels like a business place. There is nothing wrong with that. it depends on personal preference I guess. It is usually crowded, full of both adults and children, friendship and family groups. There are a couple of single tables, too. I was a bit disappointed with how my iced chocolate was served, though delicious. My friends coffee looked great. Nice choice of wall art, but the place could do with brightening up. The staff are ok and very professional, from my experience would engage with you if you did with them. Overall, it was ok.

I go with my golf friend every Friday at lunch time for a coffee and roll. We are there for up to 2 hours just discussing problems and possible solutions. We are quite happy to continue doing so.

Used to be my favourite Weybridge café, but now there is almost always a long slow queue, and nowhere to sit. Has been closing early lately. It's due to lack of staff, .... a shame as it can be excellent. I usually opt for Starbucks now

Can be extremely busy, especially Friday's. The food in Nero's I personally think could do with some changes. I find it has become so boring, I prefer the food from other cafes other than the classic mince pies, love them. The service can be good, as all places, they are trying to train new staff. Not impressed if I am given too much froth on a latte, so I do ask for the drink to be topped back up. Atmosphere can be relaxing, if I dare say it, children are stopped from running around. It is not the place for kids to be running around as it is a coffee shop not a crèche. There are hot drinks around.

We regularly buy coffee from this Cafe Nero store. Best Latte that i have tasted, the coffee strength is right and not light or diluted like the others. Very friendly and helpful staff and very patient. It is difficult to find a parking on the street for a quick grab in. Will either need to park in the nearby Sainburys or one of the nearby multistorey car park

Excellent, helpful staff, took good care of me while I was fitting new pictures, and graphic branding on the windows.
