   Popped in for hot chocolates after a family walk. My boys ordered 1 caramel nutcracker and 1 terry chocolate orange hot chocolate. The server gave them to us and didn't know which was which!!! Plus, didnt even apologies?? It was a 50/50 chance and the boys ended up drinking the wrong ones. Extremely disappointing. Especially as this cost nearly £10

   This is our local Costa and it's just been refurbished. Everything feels fresh and clean and the staff are fab. They're friendly, will give advice, check they've understood your order correctly and they make great drinks. The food often leaves a bit to be desired, but I've found that in every Costa - simply don't buy pastries and you should be fine.

   Hadn't been to that branch for a while! Has it changed management? Dirty, scruffy and unacceptable hygiene. It is never pleasant to see the guy behind tge counter cuff his nose with his hand! I asked them if they could please clear the table from the previous customers. Upon my second extremely polite request I was basically told NO! I was told to either wait until they could or move to another table, because I could see they had a long queue and were busy. SERIOUSLY??? So safety and hygiene is their least important priority! I am happy to clean table myself but some places won't let you! Since Covid, hygiene safety standards have dropped even lower than before Covid because there is such a shortage of staff! Not going back there again!

   Most of the staff are lovely and their service is great. But there is one female staff member with glasses who in incredibly rude! I don’t come in for your attitude, I come in to relax and have a nice coffee. I’m always polite and say please and thank you, so there is no need for your rudeness. You work in a customer focused business, you work there to serve people not give off a insolent and disrespectful attitude. I shall be going to an alternative Coffee shop in future due to todays experience.

   Tbh I prefer the coffee in Cafe Nero but this store has a HUGE selection of food. It does take a little longer to get served but that's because the staff are so friendly and talk to everyone :)

   Usual Costa coffee shop. Staff were nice but getting served took a while. I had a meringue which was converted into an eton mess (with the meringue intact though). It was actually very nice, the meringue had a nice texture to it.
