   Unorganized, awful ordering system. Very little selection of anything and almost all is meat based. Ironic as it is situated in the world food section.

   Visited here last Thursday around 1.40pm. Very busy both inside & out. Eventually found an inside table, which was left in a dirty state. I cleared it off & wiped down the table.....no staff around to do this....the floor around the area where water, milk, cutlery is stored was wet, dirty & slippery! We had the scone, jam, butter, cream set, we couldn't get our knife into the cream it was rock hard as was the butter! The carrot cake presented to us at the collection area, looked like someone had taken a nibble off it, so asked for it to be replaced....at those prices it was unacceptable! Overall a very disappointing, expensive experience ....never to be repeated!

   For such a state of the art and modern building, the cafe is run so badly. Not only is the food choice limiting, the quality of the food is not that good. The automated ordering system just doesn’t work properly. The main issue I have is the state of the place. It is disgraceful, for a restaurant I’m amazed it hasn’t been closed down. The floor doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. Such a shame and not expected for somewhere such as the RHS.

   Staff were brilliant. However, I could not rate my £8.5 nachos very highly. There wasn't even any cheese on them. It was basically crisps and some dips, and I feel these were overpriced.

   Hilltops World view cafe and centre for learning is amazing, a must visit. The cafe itself has a great view offering similar foods canteen style to the glasshouse cafe.
