   I ordered 2 Americano decaffeinated coffees. I have to say they were the worst tasting coffee I have EVER had in my life! Literally like dish water..zero flavour. Would never go again. For £5.90 you would certainly expect a lot more!

   I wish if I could give more then 5 stars for atmosphere :-) Beautifull atmosphere, cosy seating area, very relaxing enviornment, best coffee in town And a very friendly and experienced barrista, what else you want from a coffee place right ? Highly recomended. Inside the tesco extra, so no parking space issues , and fair prices.

   I waited 5 minutes alone at the pay desk for someone to take my order. There were 3 girls per shift and all 3 were talking and laughing as if I wasn't there. Then waited 15 minutes to get my coffee after i went and asked them, they said they forgot even though i was the only one who ordered. Also all the tables were dirty and not cleaned

   I always come here to eat a sandwich and drink chai tea with my colleagues from work. The costumer service was always so awful that we have almost given up out coffee breaks. We then decided to go back yesterday and we met Holly (she has coloured hair, very pretty) and she made us feel so welcome, her costumer service is amazing, she treated us so well that we came back today again to have lunch here. Holly saved two regular costumers with her warm welcome, always smiling and the way she served us, that NEVER happened before. We felt very special, thank you Holly!! We will keep coming now, Haris and Hoole Team please keep Holly in there she is amazing, the place really needs someone like her, she makes the place a lot better! :)

   I always have loved the coffee at Harris and Hooke, but the food and service are a let down. Cakes look and taste like they have been n display for days and tend to be soggy or dried out. Service is hit and miss but it normally takes very long and they seem to have a total lack of interest. There have been a few exceptions, but 9 out of 10 times it is that way.

   The customer service truly needs help here. The ladies both had a huge attitude problem. When I ordered and paid the guy who took the payment did not even say thank you, or it will be out or anything. Took the payment and walked away. The 2 ladies working also didn’t even acknowledge me or anyone else. Below scores are out of 10 Customer Service 2 Food Quality 4 Atmosphere 4 Presentation 3 Products 6 Location 6 Parking: lots of parking available. Overall - 3/10

   Piccolo coffee v nice but husband found the range of soft drinks overpriced and limited. Cleanliness not great-table we were at was covered in crumbs.
