   Absolutely appalling food and service. I went in at 5:30PM when the closing time is 6PM. I order an iced latte and a cake. The cashier asked me if I want it “to go” or “dine in.” I said dine in. He said he can only do it as to go as it’s 30 mins till closing. I said ok. I then said I would like a sausage roll as well. The cashier said hot or cold? I said hot please. The cashier said sorry we can only do cold, because we are closing soon. I was like, what? Are you taking the mickey out of me? Why did you have to fake asking twice when there was no choice for me at all????? He then said it’s standard procedure to ask. I was like: no standard procedure would be saying “sorry we can only do cold now - would that be ok?” Who taught him to be toying with customers like that?

   Has a cake ever promised so much and delivered so little? Not in my experience - so tasteless and disappointing. Staff - excellent and coffee was good Atmosphere - Average. Really noisy children squealing and one even doing handstands. Great if you like that sort of thing

   It's a good position and the coffee is very good. I'm wheat free so can't comment on food as the only GF is packeted biscuits. It's comfortable, plenty of nice sunny seats.

   I love this coffee shop, it has a good range of food and drink. It’s dog friendly with lots of seating. However, it can be very busy. It could also do with a refurbishment

   For some reason, the floor had been washed and the tables placed on the chairs. No free place to sit until I asked for a table to be moved back. Excellent young trainee make barista, makes some experienced baristas look uncaring

   Coffee and food are good but the place is pretty run down and the toilets are horrible, always missing soap/loo roll and dirty (the floor is disgusting). It's a shame because it used to be a lot nicer inside but lately it feels neglected. The staff are wonderful though, always friendly and helpful.
