   If there’s more than 2 people in the queue ahead of you then expect to wait 20+ minutes. Everytime I think it’s a good idea to get a coffee from this store I am quickly reminded why it isn’t.

   Honestly, people these days really need to learn some patience, everyone’s so quick to complain instead of appreciating good service. Yes, it can get busy sometimes, but that’s what happens when a cafe is actually popular! That said, I have to mention Sumayyah, who’s easily the best barista here. She makes the best coffee out of everyone, consistently gets my order right, and just knows what she’s doing. She’s the reason I keep coming back to this cafe.

   It's been years since I've been to a cafe Nero and my last two trips confirmed why. As others have said, service is painful slow (has serving two at a time stopped?) Slow service is okay if the barista engaged with the clients past asking their order,but it's clear despite effort that they aren't interested in talking with the people filling the till with their hard earned cash. What surprised me the most though is the pastries no long have sneeze guards on them. When I asked why I was told 'we only put them on first thing in the morning because of flies.' Apparently flies only go into cafe Nero in the morning for espresso and a pastry?? It's a pity chains aren't realising that smaller independents or even chains like pret are taking the lead for a reason. Their staff care, the product is premium and worth the asking price and the establishments often are better looked after. Pity

   I love Cafe Nero But this needs to be said, I’m not sure if its a local management problem (or what it is) but this cafe regularly has the slowest service I’ve had from a coffee shop. I have regularly seen people behind me in the queue give up and go elsewhere. Just this morning I waited 25 mins for a coffee, croissant and yogurt!!!!!! There is literally no reason for 2 floors because though the demand may be there from the queuing, the supply isn’t possible - it is literally impossible for them to fill out two floors because the service is so slow. I really like this place but the time have may come for a Pret subscription

   Upon my visit to Woking I popped into Caffe Nero for a Cappuccino. My first visit to this outlet as I usually use my local outlet in Staines-upon-Thames. Tha staff were polite and helpful. I ordered a large cappuccino and a hot chocolate . The hot chocolate was for my wife who commented that she really enjoyed the flavour. My cappuccino was really tasty so a very pleasant place to enjoy a quiet drink .

   I love Nero. Its always busy and vibrant. The coffee ☕️ is the best. Its a little hidden great place to sit and watch the world go by.

   Even though the service can be a bit hit and miss in the early morning (especially round about 8-9am on a weekday), the food is usually good and the drinks are great too. Things to note: there is free wifi (The Cloud), there are toilets (nearly always clean) and there is free water available opposite the ordering counter.

   Didn't get too much options for food, but hey it's a caffè right? I enjoyed the tuna sandwich or toast (I can't really think of the right name for this). It is a great place to have a chat or meet up, while enjoying the rich and soothing smell of the morning (coffee). Lovely place.
