   My daughters (2 and 3) have attended for nearly two years). Staff are lovely, both children are really happy! Management (Clare and Leanne) have helped me with a number of things in the past, always listen really well, non judgemental and genuinely care. Children are happy going in and coming out of nursery and that's the main thing for me. I love the activities where they have gone out to the local park, or seen the fire engine. Wish they had more of these but understand logistically it won't always be possible. To make even better for us, breakfast until 9 would really help as it's very hectic getting to nursery before 8.30 with the traffic, parking and children from the opposite school. The rooms are always clean and tidy too. I'm always updated via the app with pics which I LOVE! Viv has been key worker to both girls and we all adore her! Thank you Vivi. Thank you for being a super nursery!

   My daughter has been at this nursery since 9 months old and she absolutely loves it! All the staff are so kind and really care about the children they are looking after. She is now in the pre-school room and can’t wait to go to Nursery in the morning often saying ‘is it open yet?’ ‘Can we go in yet Mummy?’ She always comes home very happy and smiling and telling us all about her busy day!

   I can't give this nursery enough positive feedback! Leanne and her whole team are the most incredible people, always putting the children at the heart of everything they do. They always do everything they can to support both the children and parents! The rooms are all kept clean and tidy with lots of exciting toys and well-planned activities and natural light, giving the children the best environment. The room leaders and other staff members are always so attentive to my child's needs and I really feel like they all genuinely love and care for him as much as I do and do everything they can to help him succeed! They do such an amazing job at keeping me up to date through the parent app about everything my so gets up to throughout the day. My son has been with this nursery since he was 9/10 months old (he is now 2) and I have never had a bad experience with any aspect of the nursery or the team. My son is always happy and excited to go to nursery here and I can't ask for much more!

   I always enjoy coming to My First Friends to deliver drama classes! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The children are always happy and comfortable. The team create a really positive and nurturing environment. They go above and beyond to help and support each individual child. It's a wonderful nursery!

   An absolutely lovely nursery and preschool. My little one has had years of enjoyment there and is now off to primary school. The staff and key workers have worked with him for each step and transition, he has always been happy and supported, and all of us will be sad for him to leave. Would fully recommend My First Friends Droitwich to anyone!

   My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery. He loves going and actively reaches out to the lovely ladies each morning. Everyone there is so friendly and you can tell they have real relationships with the children. The communication is brilliant and I love the daily updates on the app. The activities the children participate in are varied and interesting and help them to explore things I would never think of at home. I wouldn't want my son to go anywhere else!

   As a parent of a very active toddler, who loves variety and outdoor space, as well as mastering new concepts, My First Friends lays the foundation for future skills and provides a stimulating environment for my son. The use of the Parent Link App is fantastic. I can view Observations and Progress Charts aswell as Daily Diary Events which is perfect for working parents to keep up to date with their child's progress and development via the online app. Staff are fantastic and always kept up to date with upcoming dates and events. My son loves it!

   Our daughter Ellie-Mae absolutely loves My First Friends and always comes home happy and excited after a fun filled day. The staff are amazing, they are passionate and caring and cannot do enough to ensure Ellie-Mae is happy, constantly developing and learning new things. Each child has a “key worker” assigned which we find helpful as this is someone who knows your child well and you can go to for help and advice if needed. We especially like the outdoor area which includes a park, woodland areas and play sheds to keep the children amused and they try to ensure they get some time outside every day. The app is great and keeps us updated throughout the day of meals, nappy changes, sleep and what Ellie-Mae has been up to. We get many pictures posted on the app every day too which keeps us going while we are at work. The staff also use the app to post regular observations and development reviews. Ellie-Mae’s eating has really improved since attending nursery and the varied healthy menu and snacks she is given has really helped with that. We can be confident when she comes home from nursery that she has eaten well. The nursery has a nice relaxed community feel to it and Ellie-Mae is making friends already, the communication from Management is excellent and we are kept up to date with news and events. Very pleased we chose this nursery, would recommend to anyone.

   My First Friends is a fantastic Nursery with a highly dedicated, friendly, wonderful team behind them making each day a day of discovery and fun for the children that attend. My daughter has loved the nursery from day one, i could not be happier with the care and support she receives from the staff who are extremely professional and caring. The staff also take their time to send daily logs to keep parents updated with their children's progression and also to keep parents in the loop with upcoming dates/events at the Nursery. I would highly recommend My First Friends to anyone looking for a Nursery.
