   Booked for the kids and all staff really friendly and great with kids. They’ve really recruited a top team as being that positive all day to all customers come rain or shine is rare and all the team couldn’t have done more to help. They’ve training session was spot on - covered the essentials without going on forever and losing everyone’s attention. Nothing is worse than trying to make excited kids listen to a dull 15 minute monologue of nonsense so bonus points for that. The kids loved every minute and whilst it’s not the cheapest the kids were up there for about an hour so worth the price and as a parent, having a hour to chill whilst your kids are being thoroughly entertained is a rare opportunity! Been twice now and will definitely be back. They’ve kids loved it, they didn’t stop laughing and playing the whole time. Being out in nature with real trees is far better than the scaffolding style ones that are popping up everywhere. Would 100% recommend. Finally the free printed photo is a great touch that gives you a memento to go home with.

   Great experience. Different levels for different ages. I’ve done it before, but this time was an observer, I was able to follow my group around and take some photos. The reception staff were very useful when it came to choosing the best gloves and glove size.

   We had such a brilliant time at Go Ape! The team were absolutely fantastic with my 6-year-old daughter — patient, encouraging, and full of energy. She was a little nervous to start, but their friendly approach really put her at ease and helped her feel confident navigating the course. It was great to see a setup that feels adventurous but safe, and the staff clearly knew how to engage children at the right level. The whole experience was fun, well-organized, and empowering — Maya walked away beaming with pride and already asking when she could go again!

   We originally booked for the Treetop Adventure, later realising that we wanted to upgrade to Adventure Plus. This wasn't a problem for the team. Staff were superb from the get-go, from the counter to the staff around the course. Rules were clearly explained at the start, and everyone had an amazing time. If anyone was struggling, they were given plenty of support from the staff. After finishing the course, staff were friendly enough to even ask if we would like to go around and do the course again, which would have been amazing. However, we had other things planned. Will definitely be returning to do the same again with the addition of adventure challenge. Thank you!

   Really enjoyed the experience, we went on a lovely sunny day. There was several zip lines and routes, including options if you wanted to challenge yourself or follow a easier route in the trees! We was out for a couple of hours :) Only negative is the parking at Birches Valley, as GoApe is over 2 hours the cost would be £8 to park!!! Extortionate parking, we parked elsewhere and walked but very disappointing it is so expensive.

   Amazing experience! Jim was great talking us through how everything worked and we felt safe at all times. The scenery was so beautiful and it wasn't busy so could enjoy the views for a while. Definitely recommend.
