   Staff very on the ball and tables and cafe are clean, but breakfast was dire. Gamey sausages moist in the wrong sense, and undercooked anaemic bacon, runny beans and overcooked fried egg. Other superstores do so much better for the same price

   I definitely will say no to this. We waited for scrambled egg on toast and bacon roll. We had two hot drinks but the hot food took ages to arrive and when I went to ask what’s going on the till and the staff sent me straight away to go inside the kitchen and ask and when I ask at the door of the kitchen the staff told me off and said is not only me and is more customers which I understand but I am sure this would not take a 35 mins and when they tell me off because I asked is not really nice. I had my full refund but I definitely don’t recommend at all which is a shame!

   No Hot drinks! They haven’t had coffee here for over a month. Today (Jan 2023) they can’t even make a cup of tea! I feel sorry for the staff having to explain. When will the machine be repaired? I seriously considered buying a kettle from the store and making my own as there are loads of plugs by the tables! Sort it out. Breakfast is fast and good.

   Me, my grandma and my sister came for a coffee and lunch. we ordered a breakfast and coffees. The miserable woman with red hair and glasses on the till told us it was half hour wait on food, so we said we would skip the food. She then started making our drinks in takeaway cups so I told her we are still staying in for the drinks. She said ‘you told me you were taking out’ and after telling her we didn’t say that she still argued with us saying we did (we definitely didn’t). She was extremely rude, nasty, rolled her eyes and slammed our drinks down after changing the cups despite me and my grandma being very polite to her regardless of her being rude from the beginning. It was a horrible experience and we will not be returning ever again

   Food was edible. Bacon lost its half. Hash browns & sausage over cook. Cafe was cleaned. Overall experience was Good.

   If you make an order for delivery, expect a Russian Roulette style experience!!! I ordered a Veggie breakfast with some chips on the side and a sachet of brown sauce. I didn't get any chips, I didn't get any brown sauce, I didn't even get any cutlery!!! No napkins either. Or salt and pepper!! What I did get is this lovely piece of avocado with added skin, nice touch. Whoever works in the cafe and checks the food befor it goes out for delivery probably has the same amount of common sence as my avocado skin. Avoid at all costs!!

   There was 4 of us ordered breakfast and every single one of them came out wrong. In the end after the third attempt we gave in and took what they bought out even though it was still not what we ordered.
