   Sat down for two minutes thinking about what to buy when a rude staff member was pressuring me/ moaning at me to buy stuff or they would make me leave ,made me feel not wanted in the shop , very poor from members of staff although there was loads of people who was just sitting around with no drink or food made me feel targeted I will definitely not be coming here again she also slammed the door to get us out when we was sitting right next to the door

   Very bad experience at Chicken Chosta in Hayes. The staff here are extremely rude, especially the young boys working there. They have no manners and no respect for customers. The order was late and instead of apologizing, they showed attitude. The food also did not taste fresh. This place used to be okay before, but now they clearly don’t care about their customers at all. There is no point spending your money here if they cannot provide basic respect and decent service.

   Visited this place morning 29 th October waiting in the queue and the female server looked straight through me to the lady behind and asked her if she wanted her usual. The lady responded to the server that I was next to be served, eventually took my order tea and croissant, instead of one I was served up with 2 croissants that were joined together and partially raw! I guess my money is not valued the same as others. Tables were not clean so judge for yourself if u want to frequent such a place.

   So, I just got my favorite cake slice : Orange and raspberry victoria slice and I loved it as always. That's actually my favorite one from here apart from their variety in coffees. I can have it all day. For the service, it was quick. The staff was really enthusiastic. The two girls I would appreciate, who were working really quick with a smile on their faces. The place was full despite of being spacious. A good sign for a brand. Will visit soon again. * I am updating my review here onwards. I ordered an Iced Latte today. It wasn't upto the mark. It was tooooo watery there was wayyyyy too less milk added, it was 99% water probably. I didn't like it at all. I have had iced latte at several other branches of Costa. This was the worst.*

   Costa Coffee Feltham is located at the High Street, a very convenient place to reach. The atmosphere here is very soothing with very nice staff ready for service. This place also has outdoor sitting arrangements. You can also spend your working time here in a very quiet and soothing environment.

   Ordered a decaf coffee. However, the woman who served me can't make coffee here. The whole shot was not used, so it ended up weak. Went back and politley asked for more coffee to be put in (not another one ok), but she seemed disinterested in solving the issue she caused. My wife had to put some of hers in mine. Is this acceptable, Costa?!! It is so annoying as big companies like this promote loyalty cards, apps & nonsense like that, but we have to put up with bad service. Absolutely horrendous, avoid this place.

   Costa coffee has really gone down over the years, almost every branch I visit the general cleanliness and quality of service has gone down, in comparison to their competitors. I was greeted by giggling staff, not interested to serve or clean up the cafe, then I was served coffee in a dirty cup and when I went to sit down, it was almost impossible to find a clean table! This is the last time I’ll be coming to a costa coffee, they’ve obviously got so big they don’t care about the basics.

   Ample space to sit, coffe was lovely, sandwish over cooked on one side but still mostly edible, unfortunately the staff need training on customer service, no-one in que and although the barista was making other coffees I wasnt acknowledged that i was stood at the counter for a good few minutes. I was eventually served by another member of staff who greeted me with a frown and like i was causing her an inconvenience. Despite my ever cheerful and friendly attitude I barely got a nod from the lady serving me. Such a shame. If they treated the customers with a friendly attitude and smile it would be a great place to frequent but it wont be a regular spot for me.

   Maybe the staff was having a bad day but this was one of my worse experiences at any coffee shop. She was not interested in what I had to order, barely bothered to help me with WiFi setup, and barely communicated with me while serving or explain the situation with WiFi. She just handed me the cup of coffee and stopped talking. I did not feel welcome at all. The coffee was fine but that doesn't make up for the negative experience.
