Rating: 3.4/5 [take out] There was a long line, but the wait was reasonable. Our drinks came out about five minutes after ordering which was faster than expected given how busy it was. Iced Pistachio Latte (£5.15) + Oat Milk (£0.45): This was the better of the two drinks. You could clearly taste both the espresso and the pistachio. My husband asked for it to be a bit sweeter, and they adjusted it without charging extra which I appreciated. Nero Baileys Iced Matcha (£5.20) + Oat Milk (£0.45): The receipt listed pouring cream which we did not ask for. The drink was overly creamy and had an unpleasant creamer aftertaste. We didn't enjoy this one at all.

We were traveling from Mumbai to Tampa with a layover in London, and had about an hour before our connecting flight. While at Terminal 3, we stopped by Caffè Nero to grab coffee and snacks for the journey ahead. The café was busy, with a long queue of travelers waiting to place their orders. It took us about 20 minutes to reach the counter. We ordered a Cappuccino, Black Coffee, Waffle, Porridge, and a Croissant. Our drinks were served, and coffee was excellent--rich in flavor, well-brewed, and made from quality beans. The black coffee without sugar was especially smooth and bold, just how we like it. The snacks were also fresh and delicious, with the croissant being the highlight buttery and warm. Our kid enjoyed the porridge, which was both healthy and tasty. Overall, Caffè Nero was a perfect stop to grab a quick bite and quality coffee before our flight.

My visit on March 2, 2025, revealed this establishment to be the sole coffee purveyor in the area with seating. The limited space restricts customer capacity. Food supplies were adequately stocked. Service, while slow, was otherwise excellent, although staff demeanour could be improved. Eight staff members were observed behind the counter.

I love a Caffé Nero haul where always possible and one of the most awesome coffee joints I've visited. Cute, quaint and homey laid back joint with a great vibe and very welcoming cosy seats with a great drinks menu. Font forget your Nero rewards stamps! I love how Caffé Nero is a low fuss and down to earth coffee joint and never charges extra for non dairy milk options

Your usual airport café. It offers good coffee and the expected assortment of snacks, beverages, and refreshments. Unfortunately, it has a small seating area, and more often than not you'll have to find other places to sit down and enjoy your coffee. As one of the few cafés at the airport, it does get very busy

Disappointing at a premium price! ... if nobody says anything, bad quality will continue.. so I'll say it.. I will never buy food here again & neither should you - the coffee was nice though.. the photo attached says it all. the egg salad seeded roll on the left is made in our shop, retails for £2.99 ... the sausage roll on the right is from Nero's Heathrow terminal 3, retails for £5.00, didn't even have a butter spread on the roll..

It's a welcome place to stretch ones legs and have a decent coffee after a long flight. It's right in front of the lifts that would take you to the short stay car park. It's also a convenient meeting point if you are waiting for someone to pick you up.

It could be the sleep deprivation and having no idea if it’s morning or night, but dang that was a good scone (okay maybe the clotted cream and jam). The cappuccino was lovely and for how busy it was they were kind and quick. And unnecessarily apologetic for the long line (it’s 8 am in an airport of course it’s crazy)
