   I understand it’s Christmas Eve and food retail staff have had a long season, but the level of customer service I experienced today was unacceptable. Dismissive (when they had prepared an incorrect drink for me) and unfriendly attitude by staff left me feeling unwelcome. A little courtesy goes a long way, even during busy times.

   Quite a sizeable cafe. Lots of seating, only one sandwich at 11.20am! I ended up staying for a couple of hours and had my lunch and a good read there too. One lady at the coffee machine was a little slapdash, spilt my coffee as she wasn't watching what she was doing so didn't even wipe up the spilt coffee. Other staff were friendly. Lunch was nice, M&S tuna and sweet corn sandwich on brown bread with some crisps and a second Americano. Will I return? Probably, made a pleasant change. Tables were kept clean too. Always a bonus. Well done ladies!

   I was meeting friends who were late. I was very comfortable in the relaxed atmosphere as I enjoyed my coffee and when my friends arrived we enjoyed our drinks and toasties. The service was quick, the staff were pleasant and professional and the cafe was clean and comfortable. Thank you.

   Horrible customer service, I have misspelled name of the coffee and I could see sarcastic laugh from the tall blond lady, have been there few times to order takeaway drink only because there is nothing else around, customer should go there because of the choice not because there is nothing else around available in this area. Staff is chaotic and unorganized, 3 people pass to each other 1 order and in the end you end up with a drink you didn’t order, I’v ask to go back to the till and pay more for a cream, because lady who placed my order didn’t pass correct information .No apologies from the staff. I’m regular customer at Costa, but this one is definitely the worst I ever been. Staff needs some customer service trainings or stronger leadership.

   Very disappointed i never been that embarrassed. I get used to take same coffee daily and I can see the staff here they don’t care about costumer service! The coffee either is way to hot and burning and I drink caramel cortado wich is made with flakes not syrup of caramel and they always messed up. Today I did order from Home because I m close and they forgot to put caramel in my cortado and the hot chocolate I pay extra for coconut and received with normal milk! Never buy again bye bye Costa!
