I was having a terrible day until I walked in as John served me with a festive coffee. He was extremely kind, and respectful who served me in good time. The whole team are a great asset to C.Nero as Ayman, Adina and Anna are all professionals. Keep up the great work as the shop is always welcoming and a good atmosphere.

Caffè Nero consistently delivers great coffee. However, the croissants could be improved—they’re a bit too soft and lack the flaky texture you’d expect. The service is adequate but feels somewhat transactional. The space could also benefit from more frequent tidying.

Conveniently located on Packhorse Road, the main road though Gerrards Cross, all the usual that you would expect from a Caffe Nero, good selection of food, great coffee, seating inside and outside, open to 18:00 seven days a week (17:00 on Sunday). The glasses stacked up by the water jug were all dirty, could not find a clean one, so I could not have a glass of water. You need to improve on that, minus one star.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of a staff member named Sonia at your Gerrard’s Cross Caffè Nero branch. On two separate occasions, I have experienced shockingly unacceptable service from her. During both visits, Sonia threw my drink away in front of me—without cause or explanation. This wasn’t just dismissive; it was deliberately rude and wasteful. I was left confused, embarrassed, and without what I paid for. When I attempted to politely ask what the issue was, I was met with an abrupt and hostile attitude that made the experience not only uncomfortable but deeply upsetting. Her behavior is completely unprofessional and contrary to what one expects from a service environment. As a paying customer, I feel disrespected and ignored. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate disciplinary action. I do not believe a second chance is warranted after multiple incidents. No customer should be treated this way, and I hope you value feedback enough to ensure this does not happen again—to me or anyone else Update: 09/06 4 out of 5 stars are for Anna! The first star; read above! I wanted to take a moment to follow up on a previous review I wrote about Caffè Nero in Gerrards Cross. After returning recently, I’ve had a completely different and much more positive experience — and I felt it was only fair to share that. I’d like to add; I’m avoiding Sonia!!!! The food has been consistently fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want from a local café — relaxed, warm, and welcoming. But what’s made all the difference this time around is Anna. She’s truly the heart of this place. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. She not only makes the best drinks (seriously, her coffee is spot on every time), but she also creates a genuinely welcoming vibe that makes you want to come back. While my previous review may have reflected a moment of frustration, I now see the bigger picture — and I’ve happily changed my mind. I’ll be returning to this Caffè Nero because of Anna. She turned a negative first impression into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Thank you, Anna — you’ve won me over!

Nice place to have a coffee with your friends but if you are planning to sit with your clients and have a meeting then I wouldn't recommend.

Very dull place in need of modernisation, very dilapidated. Coffee was pretty standard, very young staff who were very welcoming. Tables were very dirty and desperately needed a wipe down at the very least.

staff & coffee are amazing, shout out to the brilliant managers but these are the kind of disgusting people that come in here. in general, serving these people is the most disgusting experience as people of gx are rude, entitled and disgusting human beings. granted there are lovely customers but it is unfathomable as to how putrid some of them are. shame on you disgusting people who think it's okay to leave tables like this or speak to staff with entitlement. go check yourselves before anything else, absolutely disgraceful beings put on this earth for nothing good, no wonder kids these days are the way they are, look at their parents

Excellent cafe staff are so friendly. Customers all ages, families, office workers, commuters from nearby train station, guests from local hotels & dog walkers as dog friendly to well behaved pet dogs & allowed inside if well behaved. Ideal for take aways to go to sit on the local common or if taking children to the play area there. Some free outside parking & pay & display car parks near. Best is the staff who are very cheery & friendly.
